In B2B logistics, there are situations where standard solutions are not enough. When delivery time, 100% safety of goods or the need for confidentiality become a priority, groupage (consolidated) transport is no longer an option. The solution is dedicated transport.

This service involves reserving the entire cargo space of a vehicle exclusively for the needs of one customer. It does not matter whether you are sending 33 pallets or just one prototype item. From the moment of loading to the destination, the vehicle will only carry your goods. We guarantee no additional loads, no transhipments at terminals and no compromises. It is the fastest and safest form of road distribution.

What is dedicated transport at Jasek Transport?

The dedicated model is straight-line logistics. Unlike groupage transport, where goods circulate between transhipment warehouses, here the process is simplified to the maximum: One Sender – One Recipient.

By choosing this service, you gain exclusive status. This means that:

  1. We provide a vehicle selected to match the dimensions of your load (from a van to a mega truck).
  2. After loading, the space can be sealed.
  3. The driver goes directly to the unloading point without stopping to pick up goods from other customers.

This eliminates all intermediate operations (cross-docking). Your cargo is not touched, moved or repacked en route. This drastically minimises the risk of damage and reduces transit time to the absolute minimum required by traffic regulations.

For which companies is dedicated transport the optimal choice?

Exclusive transport is not a solution for everyone. If the lowest price is the only priority and delivery time is not important, standard groupage will suffice. However, for companies where cargo has strategic value, a dedicated vehicle becomes a necessity rather than a luxury.

Our offer is aimed in particular at four customer groups:

Manufacturers operating in Just-in-Time mode (Automotive / Industry)

For the automotive and manufacturing industries, where the lack of a single component can halt the assembly line, dedicated transport is a safety standard. We guarantee the shortest possible transit time (Time Critical) and eliminate the risk of goods getting stuck in a transhipment warehouse. This ensures delivery exactly within the specified time window.

Sellers of sensitive and unsortable goods

Architectural models, machine prototypes, large glass items and musical instruments are examples of cargo that cannot tolerate repeated handling by forklift trucks (cross-docking). In dedicated transport, goods are loaded once and unloaded once. The absence of intermediate operations virtually eliminates the risk of mechanical damage.

Distributors of high-value goods

Electronics, branded clothing, pharmaceuticals and premium household appliances require special protection. Hiring a vehicle for exclusive use allows it to be sealed at the place of loading. The seal is only broken at the recipient’s premises. This ensures complete discretion and minimises the risk of theft or third-party interference with the contents of the trailer.

Trade fair and event organisers

Trade fair logistics are governed by strict deadlines. Stands, promotional materials and sound systems must arrive at a specific time before the event opens. Dedicated transport is the only option that gives you 100% control over the time of arrival, making the delivery independent of other recipients’ schedules.

Why choose dedicated transport?

Unlike groupage transport, where low freight costs come with longer delivery times and the risk of damage, the exclusive model offers full control over the logistics process.

Here are three strategic advantages you gain by reserving a vehicle just for yourself:

Elimination of transhipment operations

In standard transport, goods are repeatedly transferred in intermediate warehouses (hubs). Each forklift operation carries the risk of damage or loss of the shipment. In dedicated transport, this problem does not exist. We only touch your cargo twice: during loading at the sender’s premises and unloading at the recipient’s premises. No handling of goods en route guarantees that even the most delicate items will arrive intact.

Minimal transit time

An exclusive vehicle does not take detours. It does not deviate from its route to pick up another customer’s pallets, nor does it wait for the load to be completed at the terminal. The driver takes the shortest possible route directly to the destination (Door-to-Door). This is the fastest method of road transport available, ideal for time-critical deliveries and Just-in-Time projects.

Complete discretion and security

By renting the entire cargo space, you can be sure that your goods will not be stored alongside other companies’ cargo (e.g. chemicals or dirty materials). The vehicle can be sealed immediately after loading. The customs or shipping seal is only broken in the presence of the recipient. This is the highest standard of protection against theft, unauthorised access and industrial espionage (important for prototypes and new products on the market).

At Jasek Transport, we have the right fleet to carry out dedicated transport

At Jasek Transport, we have a diverse fleet, which allows us to perfectly match the volume and load capacity of the vehicle to the specifics of your order. This means you only pay for the space you actually need, while retaining full exclusivity.

Our dedicated fleet comprises three vehicle segments:

Light and express transport (vans up to 3.5 tonnes)

This is our ‘rapid response force’. These vehicles are ideal for urgent deliveries (time-critical) and for entering city centres with tonnage restrictions.

  • Van 8ep: Standard tarpaulin van (8 pallet spaces).
  • Van 10ep: Enlarged cargo space (10 pallet spaces) for larger volume goods.

Medium distribution (single-axle lorries)

The golden mean between a van and a tractor unit. A solution dedicated to loads weighing several tonnes that require stability and more space, but do not fill the entire trailer.

  • 7.5t lorry: Manoeuvrable and economical, ideal for domestic distribution.
  • 18t lorry: Its load capacity allows for the transport of heavier machines or batches of goods. The advantages of our 18t solo lorries are: a loading lift, a loading space height of 3m – the same as for MEGA semi-trailers, and the possibility of loading from the side, rear and top.

Heavy and bulky transport (FTL)

A fleet for the biggest logistical challenges. We handle complete supply chains for industry.

  • MEGA semi-trailer (<40t): Sets with increased volume (3 metres internal height). They enable the transport of 33 Euro pallets and loads of non-standard height, using every cubic metre of space.

Each of our vehicles is equipped with a GPS monitoring system, which guarantees full control over the execution of your dedicated transport.

How does dedicated transport work?

In dedicated transport, time and simplicity of procedures are what count. At Jasek Transport, we have reduced formalities to a minimum so that your goods can be on their way immediately after the order is confirmed. The entire process consists of four transparent stages:

Quick quotation and vehicle allocation

Unlike general cargo price lists, we often quote a flat rate for the entire vehicle for a given route.

If it is a contract order, the rate is then fixed in advance for the entire contract period. However, if it is a recurring but irregular order, even for the same customer, the rate for such freight may not always be the same – this will be determined by a number of additional factors, such as fleet availability, distance to the loading location, loading and delivery dates, etc. For this reason, we price such orders individually.

After receiving an enquiry, our freight forwarders verify the availability of the fleet within a few minutes and present an ‘all-in’ offer. Once accepted, we immediately assign a specific vehicle and driver to your load.

Delivery and loading

The driver arrives for loading within a strictly defined time window. After loading the goods and verifying the transport documents (CMR), the cargo space can be sealed (with a shipping or customs seal). This is a crucial moment – from this point on, no one has the right to access your cargo until it reaches its destination.

Direct transit

This is the most important feature of this service. The vehicle sets off directly to the recipient.

  • No stops: we do not visit logistics centres for transhipments.
  • No additional loads: we do not pick up goods from other customers along the way.
  • Monitoring: throughout the entire route, you have a GPS view of the vehicle’s position and constant contact with the order supervisor.

Delivery and reporting (POD)

The vehicle reaches the recipient in the shortest possible time (determined solely by the regulations on the driver’s working time). After breaking the seal and unloading, we immediately send a proof of delivery (POD). At the customer’s request, a scan of the documents can be sent electronically shortly after the order is completed, which speeds up the invoicing process on your side.

The scope of our transport services – we are wherever your business is

At Jasek Transport, we do not recognise geographical boundaries. Every day, our fleet travels thousands of kilometres, connecting key industrial centres in Europe. We offer comprehensive transport services in three strategic areas:

  • European Union – regular groupage and full truckload services to countries such as Germany, France, Benelux, Italy, Spain and Scandinavia.
  • Non-EU countries – we have many years of experience in serving destinations requiring customs procedures, including the United Kingdom (post-Brexit), Switzerland and Norway. We support our customers with border formalities, ensuring smooth deliveries despite administrative barriers.
  • Cross-Trade – we carry out transport between foreign countries (e.g. from Germany to France) without the need to enter the UK. Thanks to our extensive network and modern fleet management systems, we can deliver a vehicle anywhere in Europe.

Whether you need fast transport to Lisbon or precise sequential delivery to Munich, we are at your service.

Dedicated transport – frequently asked questions (FAQ)

What exactly is the difference between dedicated transport and groupage transport?

The main difference is that you do not share the cargo space with other senders. In groupage transport, your goods are transported together with shipments from other companies, which involves transhipment at terminals and longer delivery times. In dedicated transport, you hire a vehicle exclusively for your use. The vehicle travels directly from you to the recipient, without any stops for reloading or sorting. This guarantees the highest level of security and the shortest possible transit time.

Do I have to fill the entire lorry to order exclusive transport?

No. With a dedicated service, you pay for the hire of the vehicle, not for the number of pallet spaces. You can order a large lorry (13.6 ldm) to transport just one pallet if you are concerned about time or the safety of your cargo. Many of our customers order exclusive vans or solo lorries for partial loads to avoid the risk of damage that occurs in the cheaper groupage system.

Can the vehicle be sealed for transport?

Yes, this is standard practice in dedicated transport, especially when transporting valuable goods. After loading, the driver can apply a customs or shipping seal. Its number is entered in the consignment note (CMR). The seal is only broken at the destination in the presence of the recipient, which gives 100% certainty that no one had access to the cargo en route.

How fast is delivery?

Delivery time in dedicated transport depends solely on the distance and regulations regarding the driver’s working time. As we eliminate the sorting and reloading stages, this is the fastest method of road transport available. The vehicle departs immediately after loading and takes the shortest route to its destination. For urgent long-distance routes, we offer two-person crews, which allows for almost non-stop driving.

Can I track the location of my shipment?

Yes. Every vehicle in the Jasek Transport fleet is equipped with a GPS system. As part of our dedicated service, we provide full transparency – at the customer’s request, we provide order status updates so that you know exactly where your goods are and when they will reach their destination.

Do you cover all European routes?

Yes, Jasek Transport is a pan-European operator. We provide transport services in all European Union countries, as well as in markets requiring customs services, such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. We handle both export and import relations from Poland, as well as intra-EU transport (transfers between Western European countries). We reach every location – from major industrial hubs to remote locations, according to customer requirements.
