Jasek Transport does not rely on external subcontractors. We provide our own fleet of express vehicles, which guarantees immediate response and full control over the process. We reach every location in Europe, providing door-to-door transport without unnecessary transhipments and stops.
Our vehicles are adapted to transport sensitive and high-value goods. We specialise in the distribution of automotive components, precision electronics (RTV/AGD), industrial machinery and loads requiring special care. We understand that breakdowns do not follow a calendar, which is why we provide 24/7 availability. We carry out express loading and unloading, even at night and on weekends, adapting completely to the critical schedule of your order.
We have effective methods of operation in express transport
By choosing Jasek Transport, you can be sure that your order will be treated with the highest priority.
Here is the standard we provide for every express order:
- Door-to-Door model (no transhipments). Your goods go directly from the sender to the recipient. We eliminate all warehousing operations and reloading along the way. This means zero risk of sorting errors and the shortest possible route.
- Exclusive vehicle (dedicated). You do not pay for pallet space, but for the entire cargo space and full availability of the driver. The vehicle does not deviate from its route for other customers – it travels exclusively for you.
- Maximum speed (double crew). When every hour counts, we send a vehicle with two drivers. This allows for continuous driving without the need for long stops, which reduces delivery times on international routes by up to half.
- 24/7 availability and quick start Breakdowns do not follow office hours. Our dispatch team and fleet are on standby around the clock, including weekends and holidays, taking into account the traffic restrictions in force on such days. As standard, we can provide a car anywhere in Europe within 2-3 hours of your request.
- Full transparency (GPS monitoring). In crisis situations, information is invaluable. We provide you with a real-time view of the vehicle’s location, so you know exactly what time your cargo will arrive at the production line.
Scope of express services – what and where do we deliver?
In emergency logistics, limitations cannot be a barrier. Our Time Critical transport offer has been designed to handle any urgent order, regardless of the destination or specific nature of the goods.
Territorial coverage (Poland and Europe)
We are not limited to domestic trips. Thanks to our dispersed fleet, we carry out orders throughout the European Union and in the Schengen area countries.
- Export/Import: fast deliveries to and from Poland.
- Cross-Trade (Transfers): Transports between foreign countries (e.g. from Germany to France), carried out without returning to base.
- Cabotage: internal transport within EU countries.
Cargoes handled
We adapt the means of transport to the size of the shipment, not the other way around. We transport the following in express mode:
- Small critical shipments: Documents, individual cartons, prototypes, commercial samples.
- Palletised cargo: From 1 to 10 Euro pallets (vans) or up to 18 Euro pallets (solo trucks).
- Non-standard goods: Machine parts, injection moulds, architectural models, event equipment.
- High-value goods: Electronics, medical equipment and cargo requiring discretion (sealing option).
Intervention scenarios
Our services respond to specific operational problems. We most often support customers in situations such as:
- Maintaining production continuity: Delivering missing components (Just-in-Time).
- Service actions: Transporting spare parts to machine breakdowns in the field.
- Trade fair and event logistics: Delivering promotional materials and stands for fixed event opening hours.
- Fixing errors in the supply chain: Taking over loads from untimely carriers.
We will deliver any load that requires an immediate response – from an envelope with a contract to a pallet with an engine.
A fleet tailored to ASAP orders
In time-critical transport, the means of transport must be as flexible as the delivery schedule. We do not waste time organising large lorries if it is not necessary. The core of our express fleet consists of light vehicles that bypass most administrative and road barriers.
We have a fleet that allows us to win the battle against time:
Express buses (tarpaulin covers up to 3.5 t GVW)
These are the ‘rapid response forces’ in our logistics. These vehicles are crucial for ASAP transport for three reasons:
- No tachograph. They are not subject to such strict working time regulations as large lorries. However, according to the Mobility Package regulations, from 1 July 2026, vehicles with a GVW of up to 3.5 tonnes will have to be equipped with tachographs and will be subject to the same working time standards as heavier vehicles.
- No restrictions. They can travel on weekends, public holidays and during holiday traffic restrictions.
- Speed. They achieve average cruising speeds comparable to passenger cars. Load capacity: up to 1,200 kg. Space: 8-10 Euro pallets (side, rear and top loading possible).
Distribution lorries (‘solo’ with a lift)
A solution for loads that are too heavy or bulky for a van but still require urgent delivery. They are more manoeuvrable than large trucks (TIR) and easier to manoeuvre in tight industrial areas. We have two types: 18t and 7.5t. The smaller ones also use tachographs, but unlike the 18t (but similar to the 3.5t), they are not subject to weekend or holiday traffic restrictions.
- Self-sufficiency. Equipped with tail lifts and pallet trucks, allowing unloading in places without ramps or forklifts.
- Flexibility. Ideal for transporting machinery, moulds or larger batches of goods (up to 18-20 pallets).
Every vehicle in the ASAP fleet is maintained in impeccable technical condition and equipped with a GPS system to eliminate the risk of breakdowns en route.
We ensure that speed does not compromise safety
There is a misconception that speed requires compromises in terms of safety. At Jasek Transport, we believe in a different principle: damaged cargo is undelivered cargo. That is why, even under the greatest time pressure, we do not cut corners when it comes to safety.
Our express model is based on efficiency, not risk. We guarantee that fast delivery times are the result of excellent organisation, not reckless driving.
Here’s how we combine speed with safety:
Speed thanks to double manning
Instead of forcing one driver to drive to the point of exhaustion, we send a double crew. This allows for non-stop driving while maintaining full concentration and compliance with working time regulations. If the double crew solution is not available, we also replace it with another solution, namely trailer swapping (of course, in the case of combinations with semi-trailers). We can coordinate the routes of two vehicles with a single crew by planning a meeting point for them along the route. They then swap semi-trailers. This allows us to ensure compliance with driver working time regulations while reducing transit time to the necessary minimum.
Rigorous securing of goods (VDI standards)
No matter how tight the deadline, the vehicle will not move until the load has been professionally secured. We use certified straps, anti-slip mats and spreader beams. We know that in express transport, load stability when cornering and braking is crucial.
Full insurance coverage (OCP)
We understand the value of goods shipped on an emergency basis – often unique prototypes, expensive electronic components or machine parts. Each shipment is covered by a high OCP (Carrier’s Civil Liability) policy, giving you complete peace of mind.
Monitoring and prediction
Our dispatchers track the route 24/7. If difficult weather conditions or traffic jams arise on the road, we immediately adjust the route, choosing a safer alternative to deliver the goods intact, not just ‘fast’.
Priority service guarantee (SLA) – your shipment is first in line
In the express transport service, your shipment receives the highest operational status (Emergency Status) in our system. This means that emergency procedures are initiated immediately and all other tasks are put on hold.
For emergency orders, we have implemented strict SLA (Service Level Agreement) standards, which guarantee:
- A response with a quote within 15 minutes. Instant verification of vehicle availability and presentation of an all-in price.
- A dedicated communication channel. Your order does not go into a general email queue. We assign you a personal account manager, available by phone 24/7, who manages the process from start to finish.
- Start before formalities. We dispatch the vehicle based on an email order, postponing the circulation of invoicing documents until after unloading.
At Jasek Transport, priority is not an empty marketing promise, but a standard that allows us to win the battle against time.
What does an express transport order look like?
Time spent on document circulation is time lost on the road. At Jasek Transport, we have implemented a simplified authorisation process that allows us to dispatch a vehicle almost immediately after receiving a signal from the customer.
The entire process is completed in 4 quick steps:
Request
Contact our dispatcher on duty by phone or email with the keyword ‘ASAP’. To speed up the quotation process, please have the following basic information ready:
- Postcodes of loading and unloading.
- Dimensions and weight of the load.
- The time when the goods are ready.
Instant quote
Within 15 minutes, we verify the availability of the nearest vehicle in your area and present you with an all-inclusive flat-rate offer. We do not waste time on negotiations – you receive the final price and a guaranteed arrival time (ETA).
Start upon email ‘acceptance’
We do not wait for signed contracts and stamps. In emergency mode, we start transport based on email confirmation of the order. The vehicle leaves for the loading location immediately, and we complete the invoicing and documentation formalities during or after transport.
Monitoring and order fulfilment
From the moment we accept the order, we take full control. You receive direct contact details for your account manager and (optionally) a link to GPS tracking. We report key moments: vehicle arrival, completion of loading and arrival at the destination.
How to prepare for placing an order?
In order for us to deliver the vehicle in record time, during the conversation we will ask you about:
- Dimensions and weight: (e.g. 2 Euro pallets, 120×80, 400 kg).
- Type of goods: (can they be stacked? Are they ADR (dangerous goods)?).
- Exact address: (are there any obstacles at the entrance?).
- On-site contact: (telephone number of the warehouse manager issuing the goods).
The more precise the information we receive in the first minute, the faster your cargo will be on its way.
Our operating model is based exclusively on dedicated transport, carried out without transhipment and without combining shipments, which eliminates the risk of delays and damage to goods. We work exclusively with our own fleet and our own team, which allows us to maintain full control over every stage of the operation – from order acceptance, through immediate vehicle provision, to precise delivery of the cargo.
Choosing Jasek Transport means service in accordance with clearly defined time parameters, transparent communication and predictability, which allows you to maintain continuity of production under time pressure. Our offer is not an ‘emergency’ solution, but a tool that ensures operational stability in situations requiring immediate response. Thanks to this, your organisation gains not only express transport, but above all the certainty of meeting its commitments to business partners.
Express transport – frequently asked questions
How quickly can you provide a vehicle for loading?
Thanks to our distributed fleet of vehicles across Europe, the standard delivery time for a bus-type vehicle (up to 3.5 t GVW) is 2 to 4 hours from the moment the order is confirmed, depending on the region. In the case of key industrial hubs (Germany, Benelux countries, Poland), this time may be reduced. When providing a quote, our dispatcher will give you a guaranteed estimated time of arrival (ETA) at the loading location.
Do you provide transport services on public holidays and during traffic bans?
Yes. Our fleet dedicated to express transport consists mainly of vehicles with a maximum permissible weight of up to 3.5 tonnes (tarpaulin-covered vans). These vehicles are not subject to traffic restrictions for lorries (weekends or public holidays) or tachograph requirements until 1 July 2026. This allows us to provide transport services continuously, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even during periods when heavy transport is suspended.
What is the double crew service and when is it worth choosing?
Double staffing involves assigning two drivers to operate one vehicle. This allows for driving in rotation mode. It is a solution recommended for long-distance routes (over 1,000 km), where the priority is to minimise delivery time (by up to 50% compared to single staffing). Despite the higher cost, it is the most effective method of avoiding production downtime.
Can I track the cargo in real time?
Yes, transparency is crucial in emergency situations. Every vehicle in our fleet is equipped with a GPS system. When an order is placed, we provide a dedicated link to track the vehicle’s location or ensure constant contact with a supervisor who reports on the status (delivery, loading, route, arrival at destination) on an ongoing basis.
Is the transported goods insured against damage?
The safety of critical cargo is our priority. Every shipment carried out by Jasek Transport is covered by an OCP (Carrier’s Civil Liability) policy with a high guarantee amount. In the case of particularly high-value goods, at the customer’s request, it is possible to purchase additional Cargo insurance, which we verify at the stage of instant valuation.
