Jasek – Logistics & Transport
Nearly 30 years of experience in domestic and international road transport
Our story began with a simple premise: deliver quickly, safely and without excuses. Over time, we have expanded our fleet, technologies and processes, but the foundation has remained the same — reliability on which customers can build their supply chains. Our story began with a simple premise: to deliver quickly, safely and without excuses. Over time, we have developed our fleet, technologies and processes, but the foundation has remained the same — reliability on which customers can build their supply chains.
Every good story begins with one ‘YES’
It started with one van, one driver, and one simple “yes” to a customer who needed their delivery “yesterday”. The phone never stopped ringing, the paper map folded in on itself like an accordion, and coffee was worth more than any currency. With a determination that refused to wait until tomorrow, we began a journey that has kept us in the fast lane for nearly three decades.
From one point to customers across Europe
We started by serving local ramps. We gained our first regular customer, then more vehicles, and a question that naturally arose with growth: are we ready to operate more widely and faster? When Europe opened its borders, the answer was obvious. We expanded our operations — first cross-border cooperation, then the first night routes, and the first delivery confirmations sent at dawn. That’s when we realised that express delivery is not just a type of order, but a way of working that defines us to this day.
Quick response and timeliness are standard practice
Changing routes and drivers in the middle of the night, handling multiple notifications in difficult conditions, deliveries on public holidays — this is the everyday reality that has shaped our working model. Punctuality and operational readiness are the norm for us, not the exception.
Growing up to face greater challenges
As our customers grew, so did our fleet. Delivery vehicles were gradually joined by trucks with greater load capacity and height, followed by MEGA semi-trailer combinations. We did not follow trends — we consciously built the structure of our fleet, maintaining a stable number of smaller units and investing in those that increase our operational capabilities. As a result, long-distance routes have become the norm, and the implementation of demanding projects has become everyday practice.
When logistics likes order
To ensure that speed of operation did not turn into chaos, we streamlined our processes and structure. Separate departments — shipping, monitoring and Track & Trace — provided us with an additional layer of control and full operational visibility, even in difficult conditions. We also invested in technology. Our proprietary software served us well for years, until at some point it could no longer keep up with the scale of our operations. So we introduced a new TMS system, on-board devices for communication and document scanning, and the next step will be AI-based automation. Fewer manual tasks, more efficient transport.
Quality you can see
To us, standards are tools, not decorations. We implement them systematically from ISO and TAPA, through environmental activities, to the EcoVadis assessment, which is a source of pride, but above all, obliges us to further responsibility. In serving sensitive industries, we have supplemented our processes with DiDb.
Look one step ahead
Regulations and market conditions are changing faster than ever today. Before the new regulations began to affect the industry, we had already adjusted our course of action. When the market signalled upcoming restrictions on the smallest vehicles, we changed our strategy: we reduced their share and accelerated the development of our lorry fleet. It was not a matter of trends, but of preparing for the future — so that tomorrow we would not have to explain to customers problems that could have been foreseen.
Here and now
What does ‘having a strong fleet’ mean for us today?
120 vehicles — from units under 3.5 tonnes to combinations up to 40 tonnes, including: 20 vehicles <3.5 tonnes, 10 in the <7.5 tonne class, over 50 in the <18 tonne class and 40 combinations with MEGA semi-trailers (more to be added this year). Over 140 drivers and a team of 40 specialists in six departments, working 24/7/365.
The punchline of our story
The trick is not to start. The trick is to consistently deliver for three decades — in all conditions, at any time of the year. Our name has changed, our fleet has grown, and our systems and processes have evolved. One thing has remained unchanged: the certainty that your delivery will arrive on time.
If you need a partner who takes minutes more seriously than excuses, we are ready.
Certificates and awards
ISO 9001 streamlined our processes and opened the door to cooperation with the most demanding industries. Subsequent standards — ISO 14001, 27001, 28000 and 45001 — strengthened our position in the areas of quality, safety, environmental protection and risk management. Our membership in TAPA and the introduction of DiDb for drivers prove that we treat cargo safety and partner trust as a priority. The EcoVadis silver medal shows that social responsibility and sustainable development are an integral part of our strategy.
